We spend endless hours searching the net nationwide to track down forgotten discarded and left for dead classics and bring them to open market to find them a new home and hopefully a second chance to be out on the road again. Many of these cars have been sitting for years ,some don't need much, others may need full tune ups, but all need a new home. We are not a restoration shop, body shop or mechanic shop we simply do the hard part of tracking down this Classic beauties and save them from the Crusher . Today we bring you a 1-OWNER - 1985 Mercedes Benz 300 Turbo Diesel . Found and rescued after seating unused for many years , it has just over 139k on the clock , and its in unrestored condition at the moment. The INTERIOR its in good condition overall , definitely not perfect but I would say better than average , dash has some minor cracks but still looks good(see photos) , carpet, seats and panels could use good professional detail to really bring it back to life, the Trunk its very clean and rust free, with Factory full size Spare. and tools . The EXTERIOR , its 99.99% rust free except for a couple sensitive spots like one of the rear lower wheel well lip (see photos) and a spot on the right fender, both very small and fixable (see photos), paint looks to be the original paint which all of us that like finding cars like this love but in this case it will need a paint job for sure since it has a few dents through out the car (see photos) , however all door jams are in excellent shape which will make the job a whole lot more simple , the UNDERCARRIAGE its in excellent shape, looks like it was never seen any salt. MECHANICALLY runs and drives good, A/c does blow cold , brakes feel good, tires look good but again the car has been sitting for while ,we always advice a personal inspection before driving any classic car, it may need further serviced, to be expected for a classic car that has not been used in years. There is lots of potential with this one, great investment that will pay off big in the near future.
